Proctor
Information
Proctor Responsibilities: Examinations for online courses are given to the student through a proctor. It is the responsibility of the proctor to ensure that the student is tested in a testing environment. The proctor must be in close vicinity to the student as he/she must be present while the student is taking exams. The meeting can be anywhere as agreed by the proctor and the student (proctor's home, student's home, work place, etc) as long as there is a computer with internet access.
Proctor Approval Process: Each student is required to submit a Proctor Application form. Once a proctor is approved for a student, he/she will remain the proctor of record until the student notifies us otherwise through submitting a new Proctor Application form.
Changing Proctors: The student must submit a new proctor application and all required documentation for a new proctor. A student can only have one proctor in our database at a time.
Updating Current Proctor Information: In order to change the email address for a current proctor, an email must be sent to proctor@limestone.edu from the proctor’s new email account requesting an update.
