Step 2: Apply for
Financial Aid.
You need to file the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our school code is 003436. This form covers federal, state, and
institutional financial aid. Make sure
that it is accurate and complete, and that the information is based on your
most recent IRS 1040 Form information. File
your Federal income tax form as soon as possible.
Step 3: Verify your
Student Aid Report.
Within 3-5 weeks after you
file the FAFSA, you will be sent your Student Aid Report (SAR) – the Financial
Aid Office receives your Institutional Student Information Report (ISIR). Read the messages printed on the SAR and
follow instructions about any corrections so that we can finalize and mail your
Limestone College Financial Aid Award Notification letter. If you are making corrections, mail your SAR
to the Financial Aid Office in Gaffney.
Step 4: Award Notification
Letter.
Follow
directions on the Award Notification letter you receive from the Financial Aid
Office to apply for Stafford Loans. If
you wish to decline any financial aid, email the Financial Aid Office at
financialaid@limestone.edu.

EXTENDED
CAMPUS PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIPS

These scholarships are for the
Extended Campus students and are based on two criteria:
a. Merit
b. Financial Need
1. Five $1500 scholarships will be awarded in
each of the Extended Campus areas (whenever possible):
a. Upstate
b. Midstate
c.
d. Internet
2. A student may receive this scholarship only
once each year.
3. To be eligible for this scholarship a student
must:
a.
Submit a letter or email to the Director of the Extended
Campus by July 1st showing merit and financial need. The mailing address is Director Extended
Campus,
b.
Have successfully accumulated 60 semester hours with at
least 12 semester hours at
c.
Have a GPA of 3.75 or above.
4. The scholarship will be given to students
enrolled full-time (12 semester hours) each semester. A credit of $750 will be applied to the spring
semester and the fall semester of the student’s account after 6 semester
hours have been completed in each semester (usually in February and
October)
5. The Extended Campus Scholarship Committee
will award the scholarships.
